    Quote Quoting Motion to Set
COMES NOW, [NAME] ,the [PLAINTIFF/DEFENDANT/RESPONDENT/PETITIONER/whatever you are] in the above styled and numbered cause and files this Motion to Set this cause for [TIME] on the [DATE] day of [MONTH], 2005.
The judge (or the judge's clerk) should fill in the bottom part. The clerk should be able to let you know appropriate dates and times for scheduling the motion.

    Default motion to set

    Hi Kaelyn!

I wanted to know if your divorce has gone through yet or what the status is..?
I am in the same situation as you are. I am also representing myself and pretty much don't know what the heck is going on.
I called for my court date this morning and the lady said I needed a motion to set... !? So I called my document service and told them about it, and gave me some other # where I can get the motion to set date and call them back. I did that but I don't even know what that is or what it's for. I am an absolute nervous wreck. This divorce has been on hold for almost a year now and I just want life to go on.. I feel as if it has been stagnant and I can't deal with that.
I hope everything is okay for you and things are rolling.
