Default Got My Green Card, Would Like to Apply for Parents and Siblings

    Hi,
I have searched for this in the forum but couldn't find a definitive answer. I have received my green card and was wondering if I can apply for my parents'/siblings' permanent residency before being a citizen of the US. I understand that for siblings the process is much longer (>10 yrs wait) so is there a way that I start the process now as opposed to waiting until the my citizenship to expedite the process?
    Thanks for any response.
