Gina came to New York from Monrovia, Liberia when she was 13, in 1988 on a "visit for pleasure". She has since had 3 children in AMerica, now 12,10 and 3 and is now pregnant with my child and must deliver by Cesarian section 2 weeks before due date or risk endangering her and the childs life because her last child burst her placenta and had to be delived by an emergency Cesarian section.

Even though we've only just gotten married on the 2nd of May, I've know her for over 3 years and lived with her for 2 and had long planned to get married because I do love her and her kids and feel she's the girl for me. She had been working on a work permit and under Temporary Protected Status but I believe it either expired altogether or she wasn't able to renew her protected status.

The reason they want to deport her after 10 days if no appeal is made(which 7 days have passed) is because 4 years ago, before I met her, not long after she moved to Virginia she was working for a 7-11 store and some lottery tickets came up missing and she was initially charged with Embezzlement, which was later reduced to a Misdemeanor Concealment charge which she plead guilty to and recieved a 12 months sentence where all but 10 days were suspended, and a fine. Now, even though she plead guilty to a misdemeanor to avaoid a felony conviction, immigration now considers a conviction of a year or more an Aggravated Felony.

I need help. What can I do to keep my wife carrying my unborn baby from being sent to a war torn land?
