Fiance is Threatening to Block My Entry

i have been with my fiancce for one year who work in the army (he was us soldier in iraq) , those last months we start disputing verry much becoz of his umature attitude (we dnt live together yet) he start also treating me bad , telling me baad words and many other things ,i really start being scary of him .....he know i ll come soon to america on student visa and he threaten me that if i leave him , he will call the governement and tell them to wont let me enter , i don't know what to do ....i feel lost and sad coz the men im in love with him is trying now to do anything to destroy my life if i leave him
please i need ur advices

You have a valid student visa to participate in an actual college program? Then what do you imagine that your boyfriend could do to stop you from entering? Dump the loser, go to school, and move on with your life.

i was scary coz he work in the army , and soon ill apply for student visa.....i dunno know what to do , itmake me sad that he hreaten me to destroy my life

Just being in the army does not give him the power to stop you from entering the country. I'm sure it's very upsetting but he just does not have that kind of power.

You apparently intend to immigrate to settle in the US. This disqualifies you from a student visa.

Your inability to disassociate yourself from an individual whom you describe as abusive reinforces the perception that you are in the relationship for the immigration benefit. Your life will be "destroyed" not by your inability to attend school in the US but by a marriage to one whom you describe as an abusing future husband. He may have determined that your intent was to use him for the enhanced immigration processing available to military personnel.

(Any woman who is truly afraid of an abusive person would distance herself from him - even at the expense of her educational or immigration goals. OP's story and continued intent to enter the US do not reflect a person truly in fear of her safety and should be considered to be suspect.)
