To whom it may concern,
I was just deported by US Customs & Border Protection 3 days ago in the port of El Paso Texas. Now that I am back to my home country, I'd like to seek for some advise of my case. Thank you very much.
Here is my story.
I live in Juarez, Mexico. I was going to El Paso Texas on December 28, 2010, I was allowed to withdrawal my application for admission under section 212 (a) (2) (A) (i) (II) of the INA. Return to Mexico Verified.
At approximately, 1842 hours, I applied for admission into the United States from Mexico at the Paso Del Norte Port of Entry in EL Paso, Texas via Primary Vehicle lane #9 by presenting my duly issued Mexican Passport. I handed the document to CBPO officer and she flip thru the pages, she found a small green bag containing an unknown white substance. Consequently, I had VISA/BCC Cancelled.
Do I need to hire a lawyer? To clean my case?
I needed to admit all the above.
I was not in jail. I was not charge for possession.
I studied at El Paso Texas at the University, I already graduated but I only need one final exam to get my diploma! Is there a chance to cross just for that?
Thanks! Before Hand!
HAppy 2011!
