Default Violation of Divorce Decree - Statute of Limitations

My question involves a marriage in the state of: Flordia

I was divorced in March. 2004. My ex-husband cashed-out his 401K just prior to our divorce and was ordered in our divorce decree to pay me half of the amount he withdrew. He hasn't paid anything nor intends to. Is there a statue of limitations on the order in a divorce decree or a SOL for filing for either contempt or enforcement of the decree? Thank you in advance for your response.

Default Re: Violation of Divorce Decree - Statute of Limitations

I don't see anything that would shorten the time for enforcing a divorce judgment as compared to any other Florida judgment, and thus if it were me I would proceed with an enforcement action.
