Default Bought Children's Music CD for Toddler and 2 Songs Had Extreme Vulgar Words

My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: New Hampshire

So for Christmas I decided to buy my 3 almost 4 year old daughter her own cd player . Of course I wanted to get her , her own children's music to listen to. She is quite bright having two older sisters to emulate so her using a CD player by herself was not going to be an issue but what she listened to was. So I went to a very large retail store that is known for not selling CD's with offensive vulgar material in it . I purchased in the children's music section , a Kid's Favorites CD with 12 well known songs of today on it , revised and redone by artists to suit children ! Very similar to Kidz Bop. She has been listening to this cd on and off , when she plays in her room , since Christmas. Today , as I am walking by her room , I hear her singing some very innappropraite words , with no music at the time. i asked her where she heard these kind of words and she told me her music and brought me over to her cd player. I took the player with the kids cd into my room and listened to all 12 songs . I was shocked. In 2 of the songs , you will hear the words " Damn " , "ass" in a sentence " shake your ass" . " shit " , " suck " and the word Fu**ing " more than one time in a song ! I could not believe what I was hearing in a kids cd ! Not a revised adult cd but a cd that says for kids on it with pictures of children on it !! These 2 songs were clearly NOT edited , though I have no idea why they were included anyway in a kids cd because the content itself is not appropriate . All of the other songs are fine. So what are my option here? Someone has to be held responsible for this ! Try telling a 3 year old not to sing these songs she now has stuck in her head !! Where do I go from here ?? thanks for your help !

You bring it to the attention of the retailer. Contact your local media if you want to make other parents aware of the possible issue. End of story.

Just in case you hadn't seen the news...Wal-Mart is pulling these from the shelves after complaints. People who bought them can return them for a refund.
