Default Will a Warrant Follow Me to Another State

My question involves an arrest warrant from the State of: WA, I was given an SOC in WA state and agreed to do probation and DV classes and after a yr. my record would be wiped clean. The thing is I have no job, no money, and cannot afford the Probation fees nor the DV classes fees, both which was not explained to me by my public defender. So I want to return to NJ or FL. Will a DV 4th degree Misdemeanor warrant follow me, will they extradite, can I get a license, and return to school? I have no record other than an a clean one. Can anyone help?

If you have a warrant for your arrest, you can be picked up on the warrant within its pickup radius. You will be taking your chances in relation to whether a warrant for your probation violation ends up in the interstate system.

How about acting like a grown-up, discussing your situation with your probation officer (or, if none is assigned, somebody at the probation office) and seeing if you can get more time to pay.
