Default Delayed Decision After I-485 Interview

I had my I-485 (asylum-based) interview at my local USCIS office 30 days ago. Since then I have not recieved anything in the mail. Any idea how long it usually takes to get a decision in these types of situations? Is it too early for me to schedule an infopass appointment to follow up on my case?

Thanks for any comment addressing these concerns.

It could take months, depending upon the facts and issues under review. Or you could get an answer tomorrow.
