Wow. That's four of you now.

The difference is, I don't do homework. That's your job as a student.

So before even more of your classmates post here, let me just say that I doubt that anybody here is willing to invest the time to research Australian law merely because you don't want to do your own homework assignments.

Are you speaking of the rule of law as discussed by Justice Cardozo who served on the United States Supreme Court as well as on the Court of Appeals of New York? There are a number of websites you can review on this matter.

Then just dont? And by the way, Im not affiliated with the the above, or his 'classmates'. Im just a regular joe in this forum. Did you anyhow stop to think that maybe the thread originator

    A) Isn't a student? (What makes you so sure?)
    B) Isn't doing homework, but a research? (He/she posted it in LEGAL RESEARCH anyway, and FORUM'S do count as a valuable source when doing a research).

    Cheers.

Hi "regular joe". What a coincidence, then, that ZhenQ is among your friends on Friendster.

Are you trying to convince me that you're not cheating on your homework? Because if that were the case, I don't understand why you aren't being honest.

Someone has been snooping, god, what a world we live in. And mind you, I DID say I wasnt affliated with the ABOVE AND NOT ZhenQ. I might as well add, that I did call some of my buddies to head over to this forum. Is that a crime? Expert Law doesnt think so! As far as I know, there is a small detail in the registration form where it ask WHO INTRODUCED YOU TO EXPERTLAW? If you don't wanna help these poor dudes, well just don't! Simple. I think youre going through a phase on what we call 'afraid of losing ground'.There, anyway, since you have so MUCH free time, help the dude instead of argueing? Sheesh. Repulsive.
