My question involves criminal law for the state of: alaska
i was stopped when walking last night and refused to take a breathalyzer because the cop had no reason to stop me and why should i, to satisfy him? he then proceeded to write me a ticket for minor consuming. is this ok, right? did that cop save a life by stopping me in my tracks that i had just made from walking, i was such a danger to the public because i'm 20 yrs 11 months old, but in one month i would not be that danger i guess, its unjust and there is nothing i can do, is there? with no alcohol in my possesion and no breathalyzer its his word against mine right well we all know who's going to win that argument. i suppose that i'll just have to pay the fines and do the community work service they will happily serve me on a platter while attending alcoholics anonymous. I guess i should have drove.........anyway i was wondering if this alright with you? what would you do?be careful of cops they ARE out to get you!
