Second, regardless of her family's feeling about the matter, the age of consent in OH is 16. You, as an adult, have a legal duty to KNOW enough about who you're sleeping with to be able to determine if your partner is "legal". Where it goes from there depends on how the mother and her parents cooperate with law enforcement, but you could potentially be looking at misdemeanor charges for unlawful sexual activity with a minor, or if the prosecution pushes the issue that you were reckless in NOT determining her age, potential felonly charges (meaning the possibility of prison time). A conviction at either level would also likely include sex offender registration. The "what to do" about it is to locate a criminal defense attorney and talk to NO ONE about it BUT your attorney. Other than that, you'll have to wait and see if/when charges are brought against you.
If she keeps the baby, there may also be the issue of child support for the next 18 years.
