ive had to support myself since i was about nine years old due to my parents support. doing my own shopping, cooking all of my own meals, etc.

Where did the funds for that shopping come from? From your OWN earnings? The money grew on a tree? The tooth fairy left it under your pillow? The refridgerator is magic? What? Who paid for the electricity that ran that microwave, heated the stove/oven, the water used to wash the dishes, etc.?

and by NOT SUPPORTING ME FINANCIALLY i meant IN THE FUTURE.
They're only obligated to support you into adulthood, at 18.

she will keep my hard earned money from me so that i cannot pay rent.
When you hit 18, that won't be an issue. And, as far as college almost ALL high schools offer dual enrollment. Check into it with your guidance counselor. There's no reason you can't be earning college credits right NOW, right where you're at, and if your grades are as impressive as you imply, Bright Futures and similar grant programs are all over the place. In short, claiming that your educational future is being stiffled by your mother refusing to allow you to move out at 16 isn't going to hold water.
