My question involves criminal law for the state of: Illinois
I was caught shoplifting from Wal-Mart, about 50 dollars worth of items, this is my first time doing anything like this and i have no idea what came over me, i felt nauseous for days afterward out of shame and guilt and worrying. I plan on going before the judge, pleading no comment, and inquiring about a deferral solution as i am 19 and don’t want this to ruin my life. Though I can honestly say that particular demon is one i will never listen to again. My questions are the following
I go to college out of state, and will be in class a month before my court date and the college is 14 hours away, what should i do
I had to sign the banishment papers from Wal-Mart, and plan on obeying them, however two of the three main groceries in my college town area are a Wal-Mart and a Sam's club- and on the sheet it said that the banishment can be lifted, and when i called the number and asked about it they said it can be lifted after a year, has anyone ever heard of this happening.
I gave them my home address when they asked for my information however I will most likely be at college when I get any further letters from either the civil demand, or the court, so can I get them to change my address.
It also has been a very hard year for my parents, and I would like for them to not find out about this, how can I go about doing this.

I plan on paying any civil demand i get, and when i was talking to the police officer he said that as this was my first offence the judge will likely slap my wrist, and then be done, but i would like this to disappear before i leave college in 3 years, any and all help would be appreciated
