Default Does Georgia Report Speeding Tickets for Less Than 14 MPH Over

My question involves a speeding ticket from the State of: Georgia

My only question is ... since Georgia doesn't send tickets for speeding less than 14 MPH to its own DMV, does it send them to out-of-state DMVs, specifically Florida?

Looking at OCGA 40-5-2, it appears that the DMV could abstract zero point offenses assuming it concluded that they are serious, and I have not found an authority describing Georgia's position; I'll assume that you've researched the issue and have confirmed that Georgia does not maintain at the state level a record of speeding violations less than 15 MPH over the limit. Absent a record at the state level, it's exceptionally unlikely that a different state will learn of the violation.
