Default Collections Calls Over Online Poker Debt

    Hello,

I am also in the same situation you were in, I am curious what happened? My amount is for $600 and I keep hearing that they do not have the right to this and I do not know how to get rid of them. I am scared. Please let me know what happened and how/if you got rid of them.

it is very unlikely that the illegal gambling places will sue you in court to collect their money. but, there is a good chance that they will hire a collection agency to make annoying phone calls to you and send you dunning letters in the mail.

How are they contacting you? Directly or through a collection agency?

If they're an overseas gambling website outfit I am wondering what sort of domestic collections firm (if any) would work with them.
