My question involves restraining orders in the State of: California. My brother in law lives in a home on the family ranch property. The family ranch is owned by family members in an undivided interest. The BIL's live in girlfriend has filed a restraining order against me. The reasons are mental anguish for herself and her 12 year old child. The residence is situated on a rice field of 100 acres. I need to enter the Barn/Shop to get tools, materials, and inventory contents to maintain 2 separate parcels of land owned by the family members. All entrances to the property are separate from theentrance to the Residence. The Live in Girl Friend is claiming that she can not leave the house, go to work, work in the residence yard, let her kid play outside. For fear of me. I am not there everyday, but when I am there it is not for very long. Usually no more than 20 minutes. How can I response to her request that I not be allowed to enter the property ever?
