Default Forced Sale of Property in Chapter 7 Bankruptcy

My question involves bankruptcy in the state of Maryland.
Is the Trustee's Motion to sell my home in a Ch 7 BK a "forced" sale?
I am arguing to gain one half of the net proceeds after mortgage and taxes are paid, not to include commissions and closing costs. The trustee states that sale of the home in a Ch 7 is not a forced sale. I disagree.

Are you the debtor or a non-debtor co-owner?
