Default Expunction for Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, in Wisconsin

Hello, My question has to do with a resisting or obstructing an office charge I received when I was 20. This was my first and only offence. I received 2 years prohibitions, but was let off 14 month early.(My probation officer said "you go to school fulltime, work a fulltime job and you work another parttime job. You just don't have time to get into trouble"
So anyways, under my sentence it states Expunction Defendant's record may be expunged upon successful competition of probation after making a finding on the record that the defendant will benefit and the public will not be harmed by this disposition.
So, I tried this and DA said I had to get the judge from the case to side off, but he had since retired. I then asked her what to do and she I was out of luck.
This case was six years ago and I'm wondering if there is anything I can do?
    Thanks

It would appear that you're eligible for expungement under Wisconsin Statutes § 973.015 - so why can't you bring your motion before the successor judge?
