Exclamation 17 Year Old Leaving to Live with 17, Almost 18 Year Old Boyfriend

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Oregon/california

I am a 17 year old girl, i turn 18 in June, so about 6 and a half months, my grandmother who is my legal guardian kicked me out, and she's threatening to drop her guardianship and saying that i will be sent back to the state of california and put into a foster home, i'm old enough and responsible enough to take care of myself, my boyfriend would get a second job and i would get one just to be safe. the only issue is his dad is an ex con, he went to prison on charges of assult and some other things.
are there any ways to get out of my house? my grandmother can be physically and mentally abusive. both of my parents would be perfectly fine with me moving in with my boyfriend and they believe i'm ready to, just my grandmother is crazy and knows if i leave her chores will stop getting done. is there any way to leave? I live in oregon but the guardianship was enforced in the state of california.

Until you turn 18, you live where your legal guardian - your grandmother, in this case - tells you to live.

You're nowhere near a candidate for emancipation, what with no job, and no track record of supporting yourself 100%.

what if she drops her guardianship though, then what would happen?

Then you'd be a ward of the state until a new guardian was appointed (ie foster home until 18). And just like it's easier said than done to get a court to emancipate a teen, it won't be so easy for grandma to decide to just "drop" her guardianship. It'll take a legal process, not just her decision to quit her legal obligation to you.
