Default Can You Evict a Co-Owner's Houseguest

My question involves an eviction in the state of: Colorado

My brother and his friend co-own a house. Both are on the mortgage and the deed. A few months ago, my brother's roommate allowed his sister to move in temporarily. It has now been several months. Does my brother have any legal recourse to evict the sister?

By "roommate", you mean the other co-owner? Your brother won't have any luck evicting his co-owner, co-resident's guests.

It sounds like it's well past time for your brother to enter into an agreement with his co-owner about their living arrangement, house guests, and perhaps sale or buyout provisions if they find that they cannot manage to live together.
