    Default Vulgarity at work

I have made a log of events since one of my co workers lost a personal item at work. I happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
This is what I have logged so far
    Log of Events

05-11-2005 Use of vulgur offensive words such as "F***, F*****, A******". Multiple times.

05-11-2005 Threats "I'm going to kill the F***** who did this".

05-16-2005 I had shared my diet coke with co-worker and many others, then I felt I needed to hide it so I could have some for myself later. Well when Co-worker had discovered this he said "People from my hometown are shady".

05-16-2005 I am not sure what had taken place but this was said by Co-Worker as he was looking at me. "I work with a bunch of thieves".
I am not sure if this is enough to report but I am sick of the crap from this what do you think?? I do need some outside help. Thanks

    Default Problem at Work

So you are suspected of stealing the item, and you are trying to dig up dirt on the accuser? Tread carefully. If you think your job is at risk, you may wish to consult a plaintiff-side employment lawyer about your situation.

Well there is video tape evidence that I was not one of the people who coule have done it. The dors to the room show that I was gone during the time of the incident. There were about 4 others walking in and out. The thing I think he is pointing me out for is that the 4 people are very high up in the company so no there is no chance of me doing this. I think that he is targeting me purposly because there is noone else to do this to.
