No. There is not a chance in heck that you could move out at 16 and live with Kyra or anyone else.

You see, that is not what emancipation means. Emancipation means that you and you alone are paying for your rent, food, utilities, clothing, transportation, medical care, insurance, school fees and supplies, staples, and all the other incidentals of life. It does not mean that you move out of your parents' home and someone else takes care of you.

Additionally, in the very rare cases that emancipation is granted, it is granted on the basis of need, not of want. "My parents were killed in a car crash and I need to be able to sign leases and pay the light bill" is a valid reason for emancipation. "I want to live with someone besides my mother" is not.
