My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Ohio
My daughters father which only has visitation rights keeps thinking he has some sort of shared parenting rights and thinks he can control the visitations. He recently texted my phone 30min prior to a court ordered pick-up time, and stated he was going to take our daughter to breakfast knowing I was about to pick her up. I told him to make sure she is there on time. When I arrived at scheduled time he wasn't there. He tends to play these games all the time. Can I press charges on him if he doesn't adhere to the court order. Again he only has visitation rights. He was denied any kind of shared parenting, and I have full custody of her. Any help on this matter will be deeply appreciated.
