My question involves criminal law for the state of: Wisconsin

Not sure under what category this belongs in. I apologize if this is in the wrong spot.
My ex has some charges against him for disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. The Class A misdemeanor is for criminal damage to property Statute:943.01(1) count 1 and the Class B misdemeanor is Disorderly conduct Statute:968.075(1)(a)Domestic Abuse count 2. He also has this statue:947.01 He had a court date on 11/18/2010 for this case. It came up as filed only/Initial appearance. I wasn't there so I have know idea if he was served or if he showed up. I just found this on his record Return on warrant/Initial appearance set for 11/23/2010. What in the world does that mean? Doing searches of it have yielded nothing. I have come across warrant from warrant, bench warrants, original warrant returned, Return on warrant of arrest, etc... Nothing on just the wording of Return on warrant. The reason why I want to know is because it was my property he damaged and they are issuing the disorderly conduct under domestic abuse. Any help would be appreciated.
