Default What Happens if a Divorce is Set Aside

My question involves a marriage in the state of: Michigan; Early in 2010 a divorce by default was entered and official court documents received from the judges office. Later in the year the party received notice that the other party had asked the court to set aside the judgement because the property and child support issues were being contested. The question is, is the original party now re-married until all matters are settled or is it just the property/child support stuff that is being un-done and the party is divorced from marriage?

I can't read the motion from here, and have no way of knowing what relief it requests - how about you tell us?

If no order has been entered in response to the motion, the divorce judgment remains in effect pending the resolution of the order.
