Default Can You Have More Than One Deferred Sentence

My question involves a reckless driving ticket from the State of: Washington
I'm embarrassed to even post this...but I'ld like to know what you think will happen. Here it is in a very small nut shell. In May 09 my son was arressted for theft 3rd degree-deferred if no criminal violations for 2 years. In Nov. 09, Jegligent ticket (I don't know what degree)- deferred if no vichicle code infractions or Criminal law violations for one year. In May '10 he got a ticket for reckless endangerment-the Judge gave him another deferreal. ??? Is one of these tickets going to come back on him? The Judge knew at the hearing that he had the other deferrals?
Thanks for any idea's you may have.

If the deferrals are from different courts who aren't aware of the other deferrals, it's possible that one or more of the courts will detect the subsequent offenses and convict your son. That may not happen until they run his record at the end of his probation. Nobody here can predict the future - he's made his bed, so to speak, and now he has to wait and see what happens.
