My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: California

During our marriage my ex husband I and bought a home together, about a month and a half later we began divorce proceedings. We went to the title company and they had us sign over an interspousal title transfer. The title is in my name. The mortgage in both our names, since the mortgage company would not refinance me. I have remained in the home, paying the mortgage etc. I am also not behind on any payments. However, I recently realized he was ruining my credit, since there were other accounts we had together that also would not let me remove myself as I was not the primary account holder. Due to this I decided to file Chapter 7. I chose to retain my home and my car. Car was reaffirmed, but home was not. I was never sent anything. My ex husband has recently filed Chapter 7 as well. I am wondering how this will effect my mortgage loan. He will of course choose not to retain, since he doesn't live here.
I have since remarried, but my new husband was also recently divorced and he and his ex filed Chapter 7 as well, so I am unsure the mortgage company will be too keen to refinance us.
Although I received a Trustee's Report of No Distribution, I have been continously contacted by a company called "Global Services Inc." an associate of Wells Fargo. I had a Furniture Company Credit Card (unsecured). Global Services Inc. tell me they have the right to come & collect my furniture, that my loan was secure (It was not) and that they are not a collection agency, but a "liquidation" agency. I have researched "liquidation agencies" and all I can find is recommendations to use a Liquidation company rather than a collection company, because they have higher success rates. How do I handle this company, since they claim not to be collections? I have never met anyone else who has been bothered by a "liquidation" company.
