    Default PA Statute of Limitations

For the unlawful taking charge, the criminal statute of limitations for Pennsylvania appears to be five years. If you know the code sections for the other offenses, follow the link and check to see if they are enumerated as major offenses, or are otherwise not subject to the two year limitations period.
