Default Did Not Apply for Job This Week: Still Receive Unemployment Check

My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of: CA

I applied for jobs during one of the two weeks of the unemployment benefits period.

This is because there were no jobs to apply for during one of the two weeks.

If I only list applications for one of the two weeks, will I still receive benefits for both weeks?
