    Default Marijuana Possession by a Roommate

    I have a buddy still at school. He lives off campus, but still has a roommate. His roommate sells weed and keeps it in a safe in his room. By roommate I mean, not housemate but the person he shares the room with.

    What are the legal implications if their apartment gets raided?

    One or more of the occupants of the apartment could be charged with possession and/or possession with intent to deliver and/or operating a drug house.
