    Default Landlocked in Illinois

    My question involves an easement in the state of: illinois, i have 20 acres in southern il. surrounded on all 4 sides by the shawnee national forest. i have an adjacent 40 acre parcel owned by another party but only our corners touch. there is a fire lane that is not driveable by vehicle that passes thru my property. is there any chance of me getting access from the idnr from a main rd. that is about 500 feet from my property. any info would be appreciated. thanks

    How and when did the property become landlocked? Was it landlocked when you acquired it?

    Have you ever approached the IDNR about getting access to the road?
