I'm guessing it's going like this:

"Nyfanguy, your mother and I are going to be visiting your Aunt Sally and Uncle Joe in Wisconsin during your spring break since Uncle Joe has just had a heart attack. We don't want to come back and find the house trashed after your friends invade it with a couple of kegs. Therefore, we don't want you coming back to the house during your spring break."

    I agree.

    Except it's Washington.

Does the reason matter? no. I just want to know what they need to do legally to keep me from coming back. Because if they don't do what they are supposed to im gonna still come back.

dang I wish you were my kid. I would have so much fun with this. Before it was all said and done, I suspect you would leave on your own. If I couldn't get you to leave on your own, you would owe me a fortune in rent by the time I get you removed.

Tell you no, you can't be there. No, really, that's legally all they need to do. After your 18th birthday, you're entitled to nothing.

Time to act like a grown-up and find yourself a place.

Seems like there is a simple solution for the parents: Change the locks.

Seriously, Junior - now that you are a college boy, they have no obligation to support you or allow you to stay at their house.

As someone already mentioned, if you want to press the issue they can charge you $10,000 a month rent, plus utilities, and all the responsibilities of being an adult (take out the trash, clean up after the dog/cat, do the dishes, mow the lawn, shovel the snow, clean the stove.....).

So put on your Big Boy panties and go find an apartment, and a job. Many people work full time and go to college full time, too.

Some reponses are circumstantially dependent and need a bit of explanation in order for the viewing members to properly opine.

Sooooooooo, 'fess up the backstory kiddo! Ma & Pa allowed you in a few weeks back, but now reverse their sentiment(s). Things that, at least for me, make me say hmmmmm. Kno wut I'm sayin'?

Sorry about your luck but it would appear that you've made your bed, and now are not able to lie in it. SHUCKS!
