My question involves criminal law for the state of: CA
An employer has responded to a lawsuit by denying the allegations that are true. I know the allegations are true. The plaintiff omitted some of the more serious charges for reasons that aren't clear to me. I strongly hate the employer and want to see them pay for lying to the poor plaintiff with an honest complaint. How can I get the employer in trouble for perjury? What could happen if it is found that they lied and committed perjury? Isn't it a felony?
