We have no information on your husband's situation or whether he is subject to a bar against reentry. If he is, obviously that can complicate things - and the degree of complication depends in part upon the reasons for the bar.

Are we to assume that you're a U.S. citizen?

    hi,
he has no bar against reentry, yes i am a U.S citizen.
I AM REALLY WORRIED BECAUSE I KNOW A FEW PEOPLE THAT WENT TROUGH THE SAME THING AND NONE OF THEM HAD THIS INTERVIEW , THEY APPLIED AND AFTER A FEW MONTHS GOT AN APPROVAL LETTER, SO I DON'T KNOW WHY THE INTERVIEW .

    THANK YOU SO MUCH.

You still haven't bothered to tell us how he came to be subject to an agreement for voluntary departure. It seems quite unlikely that the issue was an overstay if he was placed in removal proceedings and entered the agreement for voluntary departure in less than 180 days total from when he went out of status. We have no way of knowing things you choose to keep to yourself.

I suggest consulting an immigration lawyer.
