Default Visa Shows "Subject Not Same Person As NCIII Hit"

Hi, I not a US citizen, I recently applied for US visa for travelling purpose. During the application process, they fingerprinting me for unknown reasons...in the end they did issued the visa to me, but there is a annotation on the bottom of the visa said "SUBJECT NOT SAME PERSON AS NCIII HIT". Can you kindly tell me what this annotation means? Will the US custom gives me hard time when I entering the US? Tks very much for your help!

This is to prevent you from having problems at entry. Someone with similar information to yours has a criminal record entry; fingerprinting shows that it is not you.
