Default Wanting to Be Emancipated Financially, Though Already Over 18 (New York State)

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: New York

I am 18, and haven't lived with my parent for 6 months. I am currently attending in another state college, and consider this school my permanent address. I am not going "home" for the holidays, I don't even know where my parent now lives.

Additionally, I am paying for college myself and have three jobs.

The problem: It is my understanding that I legally can't be considered financially independent for my tax records for the school and for other purposes unless I a) am 24, b) am married, c) have a child, d) can prove I lived in a homeless shelter, or e) was an emancipated minor.

I am wondering if there are any other loopholes. I would like to be totally unaffiliated with my parental, as I am already self-sustaining. Anyway that could happen before I graduate college...?

    Thank you.

Tell your parents you don't want their money any more, and support yourself.

If you're really asking about college financial aid, read this thread as you were instructed to do before posting. Scroll to the bottom.

I am already not accepting their money, nor are they willing to contribute any. I'm working three jobs and totally supporting myself through college.
The problem is that the financial aid office at my school, which I have already spoken to, is unwilling to recognize that I am practically speaking financially independent because my lack of meeting the legal requirements that were listed in my original post.

    Thus me starting this thread.

Thank you anyway, but I still need help.

As the stickied thread indicates, you're already a legal adult. Whether or not your college views you as financially independent is between you and your financial aid office.

I understand that you want to hear a different answer. But the question was already answered and asking it again doesn't change the answer.
