    Default What to File After Default Judgement

    My question involves court procedures for the state of: FL

    what do I file after I get the finial default judgment signed ?

    I want to collect a monetary judgment amount form a company not a individual would I still file a garnishment or is there something else?

    thanks that explains it very well and is very helpfully as it shows I can go after property anywhere in the state to recover witch I was not aware of before and may prove to be extremal useful in this particular case.

    One more question "If the judgment debtor does not pay" is there a legal required time limit to give them before moving ahead as described in that pdf ? for example 10,15,20,30,45,60 days
