Default Do I Need to Pay Reinstatement Fees if I Move to Another State

I have a Wisconsin drivers license that was suspended. The suspension period is up and I am eligible for reinstatement but have since moved to Tennessee.

Do I need to pay the reinstatement fee to Wisconsin before I'll be able to get my Tennessee license or will I just need to prove to Tennessee that I'm eligible for reinstatement?

Yes - you will have to pay the reinstatement fee, otherwise you are listed as suspended and TN will know through the NDR/PDPS.
