My question involves a marriage in the state of: Florida

Hello,
I wanted to ask if I have to do the divorce translation before I will send the papers to Italy when my husband lives right now?
He knows english perfectly, I'm asking because one of attorneys told me that it's needed to do that even if he knows english.

I know also and that's for sure - he has to sign the papers in the presence of a notary - but what if the italian notary doesn't know english language - the papers need to be translated because of him?
And what if the italian notary speaks english - does he need the documents still translated?
I'm really confused with this matter, please help.
Thank you in advance for any response.
