My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Washington
Two weeks befor the arrest I called the juvenile courts asking for help for my 10yr old son. Was told he was too young for any services. Two weeks go by and my son lite some papers on fire in the house. No damage what so ever to anything.I believe it was a cry for help. Well juvenile court charged him with 1st degree attempted arson. how is that even possible???
Thats not what I wanted for my son. Who is now 11 and been in juvenile detention now 3 different times...anything I can do now.??? He has been charged with a class B felony which carries over to an adult lost guns rights. he now has this damn charge following him and all he needed was some counciling some reasurrance ut he got a felony instead
