    Default How Old Do You Have to Be to Have Sex with a 18 Year Old

    My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida
    I am 14 yrs old and me and my parents are wondering the law for consent on sex. My Boyfriend is 17 and is about to turn 18 in a few months. Would he be taken to jail if we have sex?

    Yes, if he commits statutory rape he can go to prison.
