He he...well, upon reading a few of your posts to other members I can see that this is a hobby of yours--antagonizing people instead of trying to give credible answers. You seem unable to see the situation at hand and instead glom onto something that has nothing to do with the question I asked. I didn't ask if you believe I have credible medical bills--but that seems to be the issue you want to take up.

Obviously I need to do some serious research on this situation, which does NOT include being patronized by an armchair legal wanna be who gets their kicks by sitting on a message board and stirring the pot.

LOL... you may not know this, but no one here (including myself) gets up in arms because someone doesn't hear what they want to hear and resorts to calling names. We're used to the febile minded having temper tantrums. You can go ahead and have yours.

Good luck with those "medical" bills... next time go see a real doctor if you have legitimate medical issues. The insurance companies tend to respond to those.

I apologize to anyone who happens upon this thread up to this point. I really just wanted some honest feedback, maybe by people who have been through it or who actually have some knowledge that I do not possess as of yet. I would still appreciate any information that anyone may have. I guess all message boards have their resident negative members. I will ignore it...

You weren't trying to help...you wanted to bully someone. I am told that this is what you do and I need to just ignore it.
Where did I have a temper tantrum? I just didn't let you bully me. I'd say that sitting around on a message board, laying in wait to start trouble with people, makes you much worse off than me. Oh and by going to a "medical doctor" I would have been in PT for 6 months with a nice side recipe of painkillers. I went to a chiropractor so I could get my injury remedied ASAP.
If you don't have a legitimate answer to something or anything of worth to add...perhaps you should just go find someone else to pick on..

Here's a little more help for you:
    Can I bring a lawyer?
No, a lawyer can't represent you in court. But you can talk to a lawyer before or after court.

Bully? What are you? 8? You need to work on whatever left over emotion you have from the school yard. No one should feel "bullied" by some person on the internet. If you're that threatened by someone you don't know, your issues are much larger than an internet forum...
