My question involves labor and employment law for the US and teh State of Wisconsin: I am 52 years old and I have a Disability but all my local Govt. employer knows is that I go to a Dr. quite often; they have never asked why. My job is now being moved to another Dept. and they state that my job is being elminated and that they will utilze someone else in that new Dept. I believe it is because of my disability as I have an excellent work record. Do I have any rights and and what are they?
