Default Definiton of 'Damages' in Complaint

My question involves an eviction in the state of: Michigan

What is the proper definition for "Damages claimed" on the Complaint form? My tenant broke an 18 month lease and only paid for 8 months. I want to collect September and October rent from her and I would also like to charge her the $800 realtor fee I am now going to have to pay as well as court costs, and prorated utility payments I was not anticipating.
Would these money judgements have to appear in a separate civil suit or can I attempt to collect these during my lanlord/tenant judgement, if so how do I list these charges?

Damages is synonomous for "injury". Injury can be, but is not necessarily a bodily injury.

If a person is injured, he has been damaged.

You can ask the court for any award that is the DIRECT cause of an unpaid tenant.

The court decides what is "compensable".

If a tenant broke the lease and owes you 400$$, you have "been injured/damaged in the amount of 400$$".

For examples, MI Jurisprudence would have to be researched at a law library.
