Default Having Minors Sell Tickets with No Contract

My question involves employment and labor law for the state of: NY

    Hello everyone,

I'm in a music group based out of New York, specifically Long Island. My question/summary is this. When my group wants to play an event in a local venue hall, we're expected to sell a certain amount of tickets beforehand and give the cash from those sales to the venue owner the day of the event. Since I'm a minor, shouldn't there be some sort of contract between the venue and I that is viewed by myself or my guardian concerning this business?

    Thank you for your time,
    Jordan

The answer is the same here as it is on the other site. You're not a minor, and making you sell tickets is perfectly legal.

and at 19, you still aren't a minor. You acknowledged that 1 hour before you posted hear pretending to be a minor.

Dont you have ANYTHING better to do than prey upon law forums? Wife? Girlfriend? Life?

    Nope.

Um, and under what law do you claim this?

the answer is the same. If you get a different answer elsewhere, they are wrong.

I always love when people ridicule the volunteers here for all the time they spend volunteering.

    Makes me all warm inside.
