My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: Florida

I posted earlier last week on this site regarding possible foreclosure while already in a confirmed Chapter 13.

Essentially, I have been in my plan for 19 months, and not have missed a single payment to the trustee; I also have not missed any car payments, car insurance, student loan and utility payments; however in the past 19 months I have missed two Non-Consecutive mortgage payments, which total roughly $3,100. Right now, I do not have this money on hand or even close to it. I had unexpected repair bills and as of this month, my net pay has been cut by $350.00 to $400.00 a month. My monthly mortgage is $1,568.00, which is killing me, and I am upside down on this house by at least 45K. After the economy fall out the value of my house plummeted way below the mortgage amount.

I was then notified by my mortgage company that my bankruptcy was discharged(their exact words), as of 09/30/10. In addition to this, I received a letter from a law firm; which explained that under bankruptcy code 2002g, they are representing my mortgage company and any and all correspondence regarding my Chapter 13 also be routed to them.

I emailed my lawyer, and this was his exact response: "call for an appt. too much to write. it is more of a discussionary answer that can be better explained verbally". My appointment is this coming Monday.

Right now I know I won't sleep for the next few days....May I please have some input and speculation...Is this the end of the world for me? I don't know if this has a bearing on answers, but I am divorced...no kids. With my salary(net income), mortgage payment, bills, cost of living etc, I basically live check to check.

Thank you for any responses...
