    Question Disability and Student Loans

My question involves education law in the State of: Pennsylvania, I have student loans from 1998-1999 for an MS program, however I took serioiusly ill, am on social security disability and will never do any meaningful work as determined by my Drs, despite the fact that I do owe the debt it has been or my credit report since 1999, I am unable to pay this loan, have submitted requested documentation but they keep reaging this loan, is there anything I can do to get this off of my CR?

Default Re: Limitations on Student Loans

Your inability to pay the debt, no matter how profound, does not change the fact that you owe the money. Valid debts may reported on your credit report.
