    Default Give'em the finger.

What would be wrong with chopping off a criminals finger for each crime as they do in the Mideast. It might help reduce crimes. Just cut a finger off for each felony. The criminals will be easier to identify. Still punish them with jail time.

The major problem I see is the non-criminals who accidently got their fingers cut off. Probably give them a special card showing it was accidental.

Perhaps we should revert to lex talionis, or perhaps adopt Shari'a.

How about Putting them in pillaries or stocks like our ancestors did in England before the ancestors came to America.
