My question involves child support in the State of: Florida. My significant other moved from Michigan to Florida with me. After getting settled in Florida she became pregnant. I had suspicions during the time one day I came home from work and she had left to go back to Michigan. Long story short she filed for child support in Michigan citing my last address as an address in Michigan which I never received and the courts finalized everything now I am paying child support through Florida. What is the easiest and least costly way to force a paternity test through the court. I have been told that I can stop the child support and state that I do not have legal paternity and the judge will court order it. Does anyone know if this is true.
